Q. I signed up for TravelPlans365 and forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  • Make sure you are logged out of the site.
  • Head to http://travelplans365.com/password-reset in your browser.
  • Enter the email address you registered and hit 'reset password'.
  • You will receive an email to that account.
  • Follow the instructions it contains to reset your password.

Q. I'm having trouble with video playback, what can I do?

  • The videos in TravelPlans365 are embedded from our Vimeo account.
  • Some IT network administrators block the use of sites like Vimeo for security reasons.
  • It should be possible for your network administrator to allow access to the videos contained in TravelPlans365 by making an exception to firewall rules for this site.
  • In the first instance please contact your network administrator to see whether this is possible.
